I just had a feeling about Zherdev when we traded for him. Thank heavens that trade has turned out so well or the hurt of losing Tyuts would be too much. I just love Nik. Love his face. Love his shot. Love his Swayze Dirty Dancing on his knees goal celebration pose. And he has been the offensive powerhouse in 3 of the last 4 games. No much can beat the goal against the Pens with 8 seconds left, but against the Thrashers on thursday he managed a brilliant goal, a brilliant backcheck and a brilliant pass to ensure us the win.
